ULTRAMAX provides warranty on products purchased from our online shop and authorized dealers only. Copy of the purchase receipt must accompany all warranty returns. Warranty will not be supported for Purchases from unauthorized dealers.

Standard limited warranty

ULTRAMAX warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from Date of Purchase. Pursuant to this Limited Warranty, ULTRAMAX will, at its option, repair or replace the defective products. Repair and/or replacement may include the use of refurbished parts or products. "Refurbished" means products or parts that have been factory restored to their original specifications and qualities. Warranty coverage only applies to the original purchaser purchased from ULTRAMAX’s online shop or it’s authorized dealers. 

Proof of Purchase must be included with all warranty returns.

To obtain warranty service, contact ULTRAMAX to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA No) AND Return Address details (FOR USA ONLY). Product and Proof of Purchase must be returned, freight prepaid, to ULTRAMAX with RA number clearly marked on the package. Product must be sent in original or comparable packaging that safely protects the contents. It is the owner's responsibility to back up and save all data, video files and photos or software. ULTRAMAX will not be responsible for loss or damage to data, Video files, photos and / or software.
