Shipping within Canada

Regular Parcel Shipping Service
Standard shipping orders will be processed within 1~2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day means Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Orders placed on weekends & holidays will be processed on the following business day. Customers can expect to receive their order 3-12 business days after it was placed. All standard shipping within Canada are handled by Canada Post Regular Parcel service, Xpresspost Service is available at higher freight costs.
Xpresspost Shipping Service
Xpresspost service orders will be processed within 1~2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day means Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Orders placed on weekends & holidays will be processed on the following business day. Customers can expect to receive their order 4~6 business days for destinations within B.C. and 5~8 business days for other Canadian Provinces after it was placed.
Ultramaxdive.com reserves the right to hold, refuse any order which are suspected fraud. Affected customers will be notified by Ultramaxdive.com Customer Service Department.
Shipping within USA (Continental United States, including Alaska only)

International Shipping
All orders shipping to international destinations are shipped by DHL Express, FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International Service. Ultramaxdive.com reserves the right to change the shipping methods without prior notice to customers. Orders will be processed within 1~2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day means Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Orders placed on weekends & holidays will be processed on the following business day. Customers can expect to receive their order 7~14 business days after it was placed. The delivery times are our best estimates, some countries may need longer shipping times due to the complexity in custom declaration process.

- Orders shipped outside of U.S.A. are not charged taxes, however , all orders pass through customs are subject to import duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. Custom invoice will be included with your parcel or attached with the shipment confirmation e-mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees.
Refund on shipping Charges
If we sent you the wrong products, or the goods you received are damaged or defective, we will refund the shipping charges to your credit card. For shipping charges refund, you must provide the Ultramaxdive.com assigned order number and include the shipping receipt in your package sent back to us. We will re-ship the products replacement to you immediately without any shipping cost after receipt of your returns. (Please noted: No shipping charges refund will be processed without your shipping receipt)
Tracking Your Order
Order Confirmation If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive email messages:-
- To confirm our acceptance of your order.
- To confirm your order has been shipped.
Checking On Your Order When you make a purchase, you will receive a Ultramaxdive.com order number and a shipping tracking number (after your order has been shipped) for you to track the status of your order by visiting the websites of Canada Post / DHL Express / FedEx / USPS.
