Return / Exchange Policy
We, at ULTRAMAX, had committed Quality-Assured for all products sold to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you to get refund or exchange based on the guidelines mentioned below.
15-Day Money Back Guarantee
All products sold thru online shop of Ultramaxdive.com have 15-Day Money Back Guarantee. All products may be returned within 15 days from the date of the original purchase (our original invoice date) for full refund or exchange. All refunds will be credited to customer’s credit card account only. Shipping charges will not be included on products returned to us for refund. ULTRAMAX will cover shipping and handling on all exchanges to customer within the 15-Day product exchange policy. Exchanges may be made for the same item in different color only.
We will evaluate and test the products returned to us and we reserve the right to refuse and/or limit returns.
- All products return for refund and exchange must include their original packaging.
- All products must be in as-new, sellable condition for refund or exchange
- Product(s), with operational features, must be in good working, fully functional as it is in original condition for refund or exchange. We will not accept any product return for refund or exchange which was damaged; malfunction and/or has missing parts.
- Email your return for refund or exchange request with your Order Number and brief Reasons of your returns/exchange to our customer service department.
- A Return Authorization Number ( RA # ) will be issued to you, together with a copy of our Product Return / Exchange Request Form, thru E-Mail.
- If you want to return the goods for refund, please fill out the Return for Refund section of the form.
- If you want to return the goods for exchange, please fill out the Return for Exchange section of the form.
- To ensure a safe documented delivery, please send your product with package together with the Product Return/Exchange Request Form via freight prepaid, traceable and insured Parcel Post to the following Return Address.

- Customer must return the product(s) to ULTRAMAX within seven business days (proof by postmarked date) from the issuance date of the Return Authorization Number (RA#) from us.
- Product returns for refund/exchange will be processed once it was received, please allow approximately 7~14 business days to receive your exchange product(s).
- Please allow 5~7 business days, after your product was received, for refund to post to your credit card account once it has been completed. Also allow 1~2 business cycles for credit to show on your statement.
- All products return for refund/exchange must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.
- ULTRAMAX cannot accept C.O.D. or freight collect returns.
- Product(s) return for refund/exchange WITHOUT our Return Authorization Number (RA#) will not be processed.
- All products return for refund/exchange after the 15-Day Money Back Guarantee policy may not be eligible for refund/exchange.
- In the event an exchange item is not available, a refund will be issued to your credit card account.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Products return for refund/exchange without, and/or with damaged, packages may not be eligible for refund/exchange.
- Ultramax reserves the right to charge 20% restocking fee on all returned products which found function properly or without original packaging.
